Spring Mothers day Cooking Class. Its Spring time, time to freshen it up! Think stinging nettle cashew cheese paneer, pickled fiddlehead ferns, miners lettuce and arugula salad with rhubarb hempseed dressing, maple blossom coconut flan with white raspberry mirin sauce and spruce tip pumpkin seeds, or something like that!
We’ll also learn how to balance flavors with ease and grace. You’ll learn how to make dishes with bold flavors and pleasing textures that excite meat eaters, vegans, gluten free, dairy free, and people with sensitive diets.
