Join us for Winter Solstice Ceremony & Ritual to celebrate and honor the sacred transition of autumn to winter. Coming from this place of deep respect and love initiates a freshness in the field of purposeful space holding for what the Mystery is carrying for us.

This Ceremony & Ritual practice will have abit of a new rhythm. This quickly evolving understanding of being is calling for a refinement of the way we pray together, the way we give thanks to and heal what has been, and the way we purify the unique medicine we each bring to our communities and to the cosmos.
Our time together will include journeying, earth ceremony, crystal bowl sound bath, mantra, writing, meditations to step into winter, drawing from the shamanic, yogic, and meditation lineages.
There will be very light ritualized movement suitable for all levels but there will not be a traditional yoga asana practice. We will have an extended meditation and 20 minute sound bath.
